Website Review terms.

These terms cover the £100 Website Review sold by Speculr Digital Design LTD (company number 17023471). Our registered office is West Wing Somerset House, Strand, London, England, WC2R 1LA. For questions, cancellation requests or complaints, email design@speculr.digital.

What you receive

We review up to five pages of a publicly accessible website. The report combines captured desktop and mobile evidence, automated measurements where available, and AI-generated findings and recommendations. It is delivered through a private link. A separate 60-minute findings call with Tom is included and can be arranged after the report is ready.

The AI report is not reviewed by a human before delivery. Automated checks can be unavailable when a website blocks access. The review is not a certification of accessibility, clinical accuracy or legal compliance, and it does not include website edits or implementation. Those services are quoted separately.

Price, payment and project credit

The price is £100 paid once through Stripe Checkout. Speculr is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Your paid invoice is linked from your private review page. If you later commission a separately quoted Speculr project, the £100 paid for this review is deducted once from that project's first invoice. The credit has no cash value and is not applied automatically to other purchases.

Your website and the private link

Only request a review of a public website that you are authorised to submit. Do not provide passwords, patient records or other private information. Keep the report link private: anyone with the complete link can open it. Report content and screenshots are removed 90 days after delivery. An outstanding included call and your invoice remain available; see our privacy notice.

Calls and rescheduling

We provide a private booking link after the report is ready. Please ask to move a call at least 24 hours before it starts where possible. Contact us about illness, emergencies or a lack of suitable appointments, and we will work with you to arrange the included call fairly.

Cancellation and refunds

If you buy as a consumer, you may have a 14-day legal right to cancel an online service purchase. Email us to request cancellation. Checkout separately asks whether you want the review to start during that period. If you ask us to start and then cancel after work has begun, we may charge a reasonable amount proportionate to the service already supplied, in line with your legal rights. Delivering the AI report alone does not complete the included call.

After the report and call have both been provided, a change of mind does not normally qualify for a discretionary refund. If we cannot provide the report or the call, contact us so we can put it right or refund you where appropriate. Nothing here limits your statutory rights for services that are faulty or not as described.
