Information we use
We use the website address and review goal you provide; public page text and screenshots captured for the report; automated website and search measurements; the email address and payment record supplied through checkout; and any notes you add for the included call. We also keep limited security and delivery records needed to run the service.
Why and how we use it
We use this information to provide the purchased report and call, issue an invoice, respond to support requests and protect the service. Payment and accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations. We do not use report content for marketing without a separate choice. The report is generated by AI and is not reviewed by a human before delivery; it makes recommendations about a website, not decisions about a person.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the review, private report and transactional email sent from review@updates.speculr.digital. Replies go to design@speculr.digital. Stripe processes payment and provides the invoice. Cal.com handles bookings. Public page text and screenshots are sent to OpenAI to generate the report. A public domain may be sent to DataForSEO for search information, and public pages may be measured with Google PageSpeed Insights. The exact provider arrangements and any international transfer safeguards will be confirmed before orders open.
How long we keep it
Private reports, captured page text, screenshots and call notes are removed 90 days after report delivery. If a report is never delivered, captured data and notes are removed 90 days after the request was created. Failed or abandoned checkout details are removed after 90 days. A paid invoice and an outstanding call entitlement can remain available after the report expires. Accounting records may need to be retained longer, normally for six years from the end of the financial year for a UK limited company. Backup, log and email retention will be confirmed against the final hosted setup.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where the law allows. Email design@speculr.digital. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
